Todd Woodcock was born in Ohio, grew up in Pennsylvania, and lived in New Jersey before moving to Florida in 1999.

Todd has obtained his Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional designation. Approximately 200 people hold this certification nationally.

He has specialized in Reverse Mortgage Loans in SW Florida since 2003, helping educate home owners aged 62 or older and their trusted advisors about the many different options that are available with the use of the equity that they have built up in their home over the years and how they can utilize those funds to realize their dreams, fulfill their needs and be able to enjoy their retirement years with less worry about their finances.

What is a CRMP

In every industry, there are individuals who strive to excel. They often do so by earning a credential that distinguishes them among the most knowledgeable, the most competent, and the most ethical and professional.

They make a considerable investment in both time and personal income because they believe in themselves, the customers they serve, and the service or product they offer.

They want to distinguish themselves from the pack.

How to earn the designation of CRMP.

To qualify for the designation, candidates must have a minimum of three years’ experience in the reverse mortgage business, or they must have personally closed 50 or more loans; earned 12 hours of continuing education courses, completed NRMLA’s Ethics Course; passed a rigorous exam and a background check. The certification is valid for three years, during which time designees must sit for an additional eight hours of continuing education per year to be re-certified.
